Mrs Rusudan Mikhelidze is the Head of Monitoring of OECD’s Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, an outreach programme of the Working Group on Bribery in International Business Transactions with a Secretariat at the Anti-Corruption Division. She has led an inclusive process of development of a new indicator-based peer review methodology of the 5th Round of Monitoring of Istanbul Anti-Corruption Action Plan (IAP), a subregional peer review programme with over 20 years of history of supporting anti-corruption reforms in its participating countries. The IAP 5th round of monitoring was launched in 2023.
She is now engaged in the development of Phase 5 monitoring methodology for the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention and anti-corruption indicators for OECD members states.
Prior to joining OECD, in 2006-2014, Rusudan has led various anti-corruption and criminal justice reform projects in Georgia. She has served as a Secretary of the Anti-Corruption Council, the Chair of the Open Government Georgia’s Forum, Secretary of Criminal Justice Reform Council, and the Chair of the Juvenile Justice working group of Georgia. Her experience includes work at the Crime and Justice Institute in Boston, MA.
