Ms. Tatiana Khutor

Chairwoman

Institute of Legislative Ideas, Ukraine

Tetiana Khutor is the chairwoman of the Institute of Legislative Ideas, an independent Ukrainian legal think tank that provides anti-corruption and sanction policy analysis. She is currently involved in the development of legislation on criminalization of sanction evasion and management of seized assets. She is the Head of the Anticorruption Council of the National Agency of Ukraine for finding, tracing, and managing assets derived from corruption and other crimes. She is also a member of Civil Council of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention of Ukraine. Tetiana Khutor is a senior lecturer on anticorruption policy and asset recovery at the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" and is currently working on her PhD thesis focusing on civil confiscation of unjustified assets. Khutor was a legislative director for the Ukrainian Anticorruption Parliament Committee head from 2015-2018.
