Adrian Ermurachi is a skilled policy analyst with over a decade of experience in policy development, coordination, monitoring, and strategic planning. He is currently serving as the Co-executive director of the Institute for European Policies and Reforms (IPRE), where his expertise is instrumental in driving the organization's mission and goals.
Prior to his current role, Adrian served as the Deputy Secretary General of the Government of the Republic of Moldova, where he was responsible for coordinating the process of public administration reform and drafting normative acts. He was also directly involved in the process of elaborating the strategic planning mechanism at the national level.
Adrian has chaired the coordination committee for preparing the report of the Voluntary National Review of Agenda 2030, highlighting his expertise in sustainable development policy. He has also coordinated the process of developing the Government Action Plan, Law on Public Services, and Government Decision on Strategic Planning, among other key initiatives.
Throughout his career, Adrian has been instrumental in developing public policies in the area of public administration, both at the central and local levels.
