Diana Enachi is an economist and project coordinator on public procurement monitoring within IDIS “Viitorul”. She brings more than 10 years of work experience in project management and consultancy in the areas of public procurement, budgetary transparency, good governance, integrity and anti-corruption.
Over the last 10 years she has successfully implemented over 30 projects providing expertise as national consultant, economic expert, trainer and project coordinator. Diana has also provided consultancy and expertise for other CSOs, government entities, local public authorities, as well as international organizations, such as UNDP, the World Bank, OECD / SIGMA, EBRD. Diana is the author / co-author of more than 30 publications, including policy papers, policy recommendations, studies, analyses, monitoring and evaluation reports, confidence indices, etc.
Currently, Diana serves as the co-President of the National Open Government Steering Committee (OGP). The Committee which includes equally government and civil society representative, is responsible for coordinating the process of drafting, monitoring, implementation and evaluation of the Moldova’s Open Government Action Plan 2023 - 2025. Diana is also a member of the Consultative Group on development a new e-Procurement system, established by the Ministry of Finance.
