Sandro graduated from Princeton University in 2017 with a degree in public and international affairs, focusing primarily on the post-Soviet space. He has had a variety of experiences being involved with the non-profit sector as an analyst and research assistant, and received the Princeton in Asia fellowship in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Since coming to IDFI, Sandro has worked as an analyst for memory and disinformation studies, and since May 2021, has been managing the Transparent Public Procurement Rating. His responsibilities include managing the network, communicating with existing partners and seeking out new partners, and overseeing and reviewing assessments to be included in the project.
Sandro speaks fluent English and Russian, as well as some Japanese and German.
