Since 2013, Irina Aghapishvili has held various roles at the Civil Service Bureau of Georgia. From 2015 to 2018, she led the Department of Institutional Arrangement and Practice Generalization, and since 2018, she has been the head of the Analytical Department.
Engaged in public service reform since 2014, Irina has contributed to activities like strategy development, policy formulation, and training. In 2021, she earned a Doctor of Laws degree from the Georgian-American University, complementing her master's in international law from the University of Vienna and Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
Currently, Irina is an assistant professor at the Georgian-American University and an associate professor at the University of Business and Technology since 2020. She is an accomplished author with publications in scientific journals and co-authorship of manuals, including "Integrity in Public Service" and "Management and Leadership in Public Service," contributing to ethical standards discourse within the Government of Georgia.
